    Menopause is the problem that every woman has to suffer from once in the life time. The age when the on set of this issue arises is between the ages of 40-50. It’s the signal that you are towards the new phase of your life. The first thing a lady should do is to consult a doctor and gathers knowledge about the pre natal changes about this phase of life. The symptoms that a woman has to suffer from are called as perimenopause symptoms. Some ladies have to suffer from these symptoms and some don’t have to suffer because it depends upon the individual’s body working system.

     

    There are mainly two common types of Perimenopause symptoms from which a woman has to suffer from. These are physical changes and emotional or psychological changes. The most common physical changes are the changes in the regular periods, severe headaches, heart palpitation – beating of the heart becomes very fast, hot flashes – suddenly you feel the intense heat coming out from the body, and night sweats – suddenly you feel like heavy sweat coming out of the body while sitting in the room temperature, water retention in the body, weight gain. These are some of the symptoms that are related to the physical body.

     

    The other types of the Perimenopause symptoms are related to the emotional changes that takes place inside your body. The mot common change that takes place is the mood swing, most of the time your mood changes all of a sudden. Some times you feel that you are going into depression, irritation, anger, dizziness, stress, fatigue all the time, all of sudden anger feeling. With the support of the doctor’s medication and the family you can easily beat these symptoms.

     

    When you come to know that you are in menopausal period of your life you should take a good nutritious diet and take a plenty of water because during these changes water loss in the body occurs. To over come this loss one should have a lot o liquid diet in the form of juice and mineral water. One should exercise daily to overcome the fatigue caused due to the physical changes during this phase of life. One should know how to have control on oneself during this time because the people around you are also affected by the mood changes that takes place in you.
